We exclusively supply to Germany! The commodity is dispatched either by cash on delivery or against pre-payment. The time for delivery amounts to after receipt your order approx. 5 - 10 working-days.

They receive after receipt a confirmation of order to your order by E-Mail. After the dispatch of the commodity you are informed likewise briefly. If it should occur that a product is at present not available, we will immediately inform you. The commodity is sent away as insured package.

Forwarding expenses and packing costs orient themselves at the prices of the German post office AG and amount to depending upon weight between 4,00EUR and 13,00EUR per package. For technical reasons it can occur that an order must be divided on several packages. A payment by cash on delivery costs 4.00 EUR in each case (zzgl. 2,00EUR with payment). Orders under 20 euro commodity value are loaded with a lower-quantity surcharge by 5 euro.

The supplied commodity is to be examined by you right after entrance on damage. Any lack are to be made immediately in writing (by email, fax or letter) valid, otherwise one the commodity than accepted applies.
